MUSICAL RESUME



Studies


In September 1997, Alex obtained the harp degree from the "B. Marcello" Music Conservatory of Venice with Prof. Daniela Colonna Romano.
While studying he attended various Master Classes with Prof. Anna Lozer and Prof. Alessandra Trentin (with which he also won a scholarship).
He graduated "Maturitá Artistica Musicale" (with 54/60), having completed the four year course of composition (traditional), three years of which in the abovementioned Music Conservatory with Maestro Viezzer and one at the S. Cecilia Music School of Portogruaro with Maestro Pagotto.
He attended a contemporary composition Master Class with Maestro Solbiati.
In Febraury 2003 he was advanced to the highest level course of Experimental Composition of Maestro Pasquotti, with which, in May 2001, he particapated in a cultural exchange between the Music School of Venice and the Izmir University (Turkey).
In the same session he also obtain the Musical and Aesthetic history license with Maestro Villatico.

Professional experiences


Classical Harp

He played in various events, including a vanguard music concert with Venezia Nova Musica and various extrascholastics concerts in the Music School of Venice.
He played for private parties and dinners in Venice in Caffé Quadri, Bauer Grunwald Hotel, Londra Palace Hotel, Harry's Dolci and the Collegio Navale Morosini.
He also had a curious experience playing with a Metal group during a concert in Lido of Venice.

Celtic Harp

For three consecutive years he played in the Medieval Day in Caneva's Castle (Pordenone).
He played during many events as background music player in Venice for the "Risonanza Poetiche Letizia" and the Bistrot Caffé meetings.
He played in the venetian center of RAI3 television for an international meeting.
In Padua he played for a medieval day in the Eremitani Church.
He has played for weddings, funerals, commemoration and many other presentations.
He played various times in Venice Ha suonato varie volte a Venezia accompanying theatral and poetical in both streets and structures.
He always had interests in integration between the music world and the IT world (first steps was made on commodore64 with its SID).
Attention is mainly directed to direct productions (midi, audio, live electronics) and relative recording or redistribuitable supports and files (mp3, Ogg Vorbis, audio cd).
